Life Coaching with Chris

Chris Kishiyama is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Life Coach currently getting a double Ph.D. in Naturopathic Medicine and Psychoneuroimmunology, the latter is the study of the interaction between psychological processes and the nervous and immune systems of the human body. Chris comes from Lakota-Japanese-Hawaiian lineage; he lives on the unceded land of the Goshute and Shoshone Indians.

Chris is retired law enforcement who served his community for 20 years. Upon retiring he wanted to find a way to give back to fellow officers, first responders, and veterans, in a way that helped them manage the daily trauma and stress symptoms so many experience. He also felt really passionate about supporting other indigenous individuals in finding their path to healing from trauma, depression, stress-related illnesses, and multiple addictions. Being with his neurodivergent wife Candice, Chris has also found a passion via his holistic work in supporting Neurodifferent older teens and adults in navigating stress, communication and relationship issues to lead a fulfilling life.

Chris offers holistic life coaching using indigenous ways as well as offering brain-based techniques for various neurotypes. He provides Neuro-Sensory Coaching™ to Neurodifferent older teens, adults, same/mixed neurotype couples. He also provides Executive Coaching to entrepreneurs desiring guidance with their current and future paths. He supports Indigenous populations, and has had the honor of being of service to clients from several Native American tribes. He also provides Life Coaching to our Neuro-”typical” and Neurodifferent clients via honoring their history, ancestors, various neurotypes, and past trauma by helping them understand their neuro-cycles. He provides support to first responders and Neurodifferent individuals in navigating stress in an evidence-based way, offering concrete tools for navigating Executive Function Challenges, and teaches Entrepreneurs and CEOs how to own their value, transition their companies, and do strategic planning. He is a brilliant, humble, gentle man who honors the Divine and Sacred Masculine and Feminine as he supports individuals in connecting with their Divine Sacred Selves. He completed Ketamine Provider Training in April 2023 and is an integral part of our KAP experiences for clients, weaving in beautiful indigenous traditions that honor the medicine and clients journeys.

Chris offers online (for out of state and country) and in-person/online support (for those in Utah) coaching sessions to teens, parents of teens, adults and couples.
