Ketamine Therapy: A Rooted Neuro-Affirmative Journey Inward.

Quiet the Noise. Honor the Soul. Rewire the System.

For many neurodifferent adults, the world is a constant barrage of sensory input and social "shoulds." Over time, this leads to a nervous system stuck in a permanent state of survival.

At Namasté, we don’t view Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as a way to "fix" your brain—we view it as a Radical (Rooted) Reset. It is a tool to help you step outside the exhaustion of the mask and the weight of trauma, allowing you to access the neurodifferent self that is talked about in Candice’s book Love, Sex, and Autism.

Why Ketamine for the Autistic & ADHD Brain?

Our Ketamine experiences and intensives are specifically calibrated for the neurodifferent nervous system. We move beyond the clinical "infusion" model to offer ample support that provides a sensory-safe, trauma-informed sanctuary where the medicine can do its best work.

Neuroplasticity for the Authentic Self

Ketamine creates a window of "brain flexibility." We use this time to help you integrate the Radical (Rooted) Truths of your multiple identities, bypassing the intellectual "loops" that often keep neurodifferent minds stuck. This isn't about forced unmasking; it’s about creating a safe internal space where your authentic self can lead, allowing you to process your life without the constant weight of performance.

Sensory-Guided Journeys

Unlike traditional ketamine clinics or infusion centers, our Ketamine spaces are designed specifically for your sensory and emotional needs. We prioritize low-demand environments—from weighted blankets to curated soundscapes—ensuring your physical comfort is the steady ground for your internal exploration.

Neuro-Affirmative IFS and IFIO Integration

We move beyond the standard 'medical dose,' which is often higher than a neurodifferent system requires or finds restorative. Instead, we offer a precisely calibrated bridge—a dose tailored to your unique neurotype and nervous system. This allows you to stay present enough to connect with the medicine’s cosmic wisdom without your system becoming overwhelmed.

Our providers then utilize Neuro-Affirmative IFS and IFIO to help your 'Parts' integrate the insights gained during your journey. We hold deep reverence for the parts of you that use masking for protection; we don't seek to strip them away, but rather to help your entire system find a harmonious, sustainable way of being that feels profoundly safe.

For those healing from betrayal and sexual trauma who are ready to go deeper into their healing, Ketamine can help calm the nervous system enough to create an inner sanctuary in the body. This can make it possible to gently explore themes around self love, sensory and body safety, sexuality, and connection at a pace that respects your boundaries and your tenderness.

The Ketamine Intensive: A 5-Day Neural Sanctuary

Our Ketamine Intensives combine the medicine with our holistic team approach. By integrating IFS, IFIO, Psychoneuroimmunology and Indigenous healing with the Ketamine experience, we address the "trauma-stuck" places in the body and the brain simultaneously via 3 therapeutic ketamine journeys within a 5-day period.

"In the quiet space that Ketamine provides, the truth of who you are becomes visible. We are here to support you in bringing that truth back into your daily life." –Chris Kishiyama, Indigenous Healer

Neuro-Affirmative Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

For Adults who are Autistic, ADHD, Treatment Resistant Depressed, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Suicidal Ideation, & Substance Abuse.

Ketamine Treatment and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Ketamine is a dissociative anaesthetic drug which acts on the central nervous system chiefly through antagonism of the n-methyl-d-aspartate (NMDA) receptor. Ketamine is an experimental treatment that has shown positive effects on trauma and chronic PTSD in the research (see below for research article). It has also shown a positive impact on depression and anxiety.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is often incorporated into Ketamine Treatments to accelerate positive outcomes for clients. Likewise, using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy (and IFS coaching), https://ifs-institute.com, has shown to be a powerful support to KAP and is commonly recommended during the preparation stage, the Ketamine treatment, and the paramount integration period. As Neuro-Inclusive IFS practitioners, we are sensitive to all neurotypes, autonomic nervous systems, and parts of you to ensure your sensory and safety needs are addressed prior to your journey so that you are able to drop in and move through whatever you call forth during your KAP journey.

We have heard anecdotal evidence from several of our Neurodifferent clients, particularly our Autistic clients, that they consistently feel calmer and more regulated which has allowed them to feel safer in their environment and able to connect easier with others.

NOTE: WE CURRENTLY DO NOT PROVIDE LOW DOSE PSYCHOLITIC THERAPY.
